Aikido can be effectively implemented by people of any age, body type, or gender for self-defense and to improve physical and mental conditioning. Intro to Swing Dance: If you love jazz and want to learn how to dance while trying a fresh take on exercise, this is the class for you! We will focus on the basic steps for Lindy hop, Charleston, Balboa, East coast swing and Solo jazz through the semester.
